The European Commission's DG GROW has created the "European Cluster Collaboration Platform" (ECCP) to encourage more international exchanges of its domestic industry clusters. The primary function of ECCP is to provide cross-border network cooperation partner search, consultation services to enhance international cooperation, and industry cluster matchmaking activities. Its purpose is to help ECCP members improve their visibility in the European region and across borders and to stay informed about international industry cluster trends. It extends its coverage with Green Impact Academy, green industry cluster, since 2021.
