Bryan has run his own law firm for more than 15 years. Majored in finance law and specialized in fields of capital market service, IP rights, Internet legal matters, venture capital investment and cross-boarder merger. He was acting as defending advocate for the President election of 2000, and helped dozens of companies to be listed, such as Arbor Technology, WIN Semiconductors Corp., Optivision Technology Inc. and Glory Science. Now Bryan regularly provides his consultation to Nuier, Arwin, Fontessa, appWorks and lots of potential start-ups to connect the world. He is also the mentor of Green Impact Academy.
