CHAI Hui-Chih, An Energy Modeling Analyst
Chai specializes in resolving macro-level energy issues by using computable general equilibrium (CGE) models and econometric methods. She was also engaged in the development of a global CGE model for Taiwan–Economic Projection and Policy Analysis (EPPA) Taiwan. She works at INER, and was the former mentor of Green Impact Academy.
