Having spent several years as a teacher, Wei decided upon a career change and joined the tourism industry. He has taken part in the implementation of numerous local mini-tours, as well as designing over 100 sessions of Taiwan local mini-tours and serving as design consultant for over 200 community trips. He also conducts research, design, and executes Taiwan commercial mini-tours. Currently, he holds the position as co-founder of Walk in Taiwan, hoping to allow more people to witness the cultural values of Taiwan, so listeners can always sense our joy and pride when we talk about this beautiful island. He is also the mentor of Green Impact Academy.
